We list common course offerings below, but we can tailor existing courses or develop new courses as needed to meet your specific needs. In general, we deliver courses at your site for up to 12 participants. Courses are interactive and activity-based to engage participants and enhance understanding. We provide all course materials, except for official copies of copyrighted standards which the organization purchases from your preferred provider in your preferred format to meet your organizational needs.

ISO 9001:2015 Implementation
Learn how to implement an ISO 9001:2015 based quality management system. Included activities give participants the opportunity to draft key elements of their quality management system. Participants should already be familiar with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Executive Overview Courses
Designed to provide busy executives with an overview of the selected management system standard with a particular emphasis on the role of top management in the effective development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the management system.
Internal Auditor Training
Learn how to design an internal audit program and conduct effective, process-based internal audits, based on ISO 19011:2018 – Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems. We can also provide a refresher course based on the new version of ISO 19011 to improve the effectiveness of your internal audit program and your internal auditors' skills. This course can be combined with the Requirements course for the relevant management system if the internal auditors are not already familiar with the requirements of the standard to be audited against.
